Dr. Anne Gershkowitz graduated from NYU with a degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and subsequently applied and was accepted in NYU’s College of Dentistry in Advanced Contemporary Aesthetic (Cosmetic) Dentistry. Surrounded by the best in the field both professionally and personally, Dr. Anne Gershkowitz felt right at home. “I have always been in love with cosmetic dentistry and strongly believe in focused specialization.” What dissatisfied her was the traditional dental approach. “It didn’t reflect me at all.” And so, Dr. Anne Gershkowitz set out to build something unique on Staten Island, New York—Sola Dental Spa™—where she and her staff personify the slogan. A place where patients are treated to an approach beyond the ordinary… beyond the norm… beyond imagination. This is a practice that combines superior cosmetic and restorative dentistry with an inspiring atmosphere.
It would have been easier she admits, to open a beautiful office catered to her own taste, but instead Dr. Anne Gershkowitz designed every aspect of her practice around the patient. "We have incorporated spa-like services into the dental experience and polished every conceivable amenity. The ambiance is soothing and comforting to even the most anxious patients."
